KCRA AGM Minutes 2024
Dear all,
Firstly, a huge thankyou to all of you who were able to attend the AGM last Wednesday - it was very pleasing to be able to obtain a quorum enable some small decisions to be made at the meeting.
Please find enclosed a copy of the slides presented with the minutes embedded for your records
I recorded the following actions that now require action by myself & the KCRA Committee :-
CJ to ensure that any future updates on the website would also be linked on the WhatsApp group.
CJ to issue a final vote to the in-scope owners for the house painting (Complete)
Committee to fully investigate residual flooding risk for the pump room and to issue a report by end October on issues and action plan
CJ to investigate complaints made by KAL2 on his guests behaviours and to report back to demonstrate clear transparency
Committee to issue clear guidance on paying guest behaviours to be included with all new bookings & in welcome packs
Committee to advise ZVS of new arrangements for communal sunbeds and umbrella's ownership
Committee to advise ZVS of new arrangements for the payment of swimming pool maintenance and gardening for 2025
Committee to coordinate any updates on communal Cadastre after a discussion with our appointed lawyer
